Clients may contact the company via the information on the contact page or our social media pages. Appointments can be made through the website, by clicking the appointment link at the top of the page and completing the process by selecting an available time on the calendar and providing the relevant contact details. Our team will quickly confirm your made-to-measure consultation via email and/or telephone.
All consultations and purchases are done at client location or an alternative mutually agreed location.


The consultation may be done at a satellite office in a location convenient to the client. Alternatively, we can see the client at his office or another mutually agreed location. During the consultation, the client and consultant will discuss his needs and specifications regarding the order


Specification may include purpose, fit, fabric, style and special unique features. Client will be fitted with a sample suit where accurate measurements will be taken. After discussion and measurement, the client and consultant shall agree on the specifications. The order is then placed and a payment is taken.


We aim to deliver all made to measure orders within 5 weeks of payment confirmation. When orders have completed the tailoring process, the customer will be contacted via telephone and email to arrange a fitting. Clients are reminded that all orders are made to the measurements taken at the bespoke consultation. If the fitting process reveals a need to make alterations, the company will arrange same with a gifted and experienced tailor to achieve utmost satisfaction. A charge of £50-£100 may apply to alterations that include requested changes that are different from the original request made by the client.

Clients outside of London

Our clients out of London are assured of the same level of personalised, meticulous, superlative service we render for those in Central London.

To ensure that we operate at maximum efficiency at all times, bookings that fall outside of zone 6 London are required to make a deposit of £100 to secure the appointment. This deposit will be forfeited, if the client cancels the appointment within 24 hours notice, or fails to effect a purchase during the bespoke consultations.
However, should the client proceed with the booking and follows through with the purchase, the deposit will be used to offset the final price of the order.
If there is any ambiguity regarding this company policy, Clients are encouraged to contact us for further clarification, prior to booking an appointment which requires travelling to a location outside London.
