STEP 1. BOOK AN APPOINTMENT
You can book an appointment by contacting Manuela Lusso via email, phone or social media pages (you can find the contact information here) or by filling in the form on our website. Our team will promptly confirm your complimentary made-to-measure consultation via email or phone.
STEP 2. AGREE ON THE LOCATION
We always offer a visiting tailor service to our clients. That is why your consultation can take place at any location convenient for you. Alternatively, we can see you at your office or another mutually agreed location.
STEP 3. SPECIFY YOUR NEEDS AND PREFERENCES
During the consultation, you and your consultant will discuss your needs and specifications regarding the order. Specifications may include the purpose, fit, fabric, style and special unique features. You will be fitted with a sample item of clothing in order to take accurate measurements. After taking the measurements and discussing the details, the order will be placed and a payment will be taken.
STEP 4. WAIT FOR THE DELIVERY
We aim to deliver the order within 4-6 weeks after the payment confirmation. When the order has completed the tailoring process, you will be contacted via phone and email to arrange a fitting. You will be also reminded that all orders are made to the measurements taken during the consultation. If the fitting process reveals a need to make alterations, we will arrange them with our tailor to achieve your utmost satisfaction. A charge of £50-100 may apply to alterations that include requested changes that are different from the original request made by the client.
CLIENTS OUTSIDE OF LONDON
Our clients based outside London are given the same level of personalised, meticulous, superlative service as our clients in Central London. To ensure that we operate at the maximum efficiency, bookings that fall outside of the zone 6 require a deposit of £100 to secure the appointment. This deposit will be forfeited if the client cancels the appointment within 24 hours notice, or decides not to make a purchase during the bespoke consultations.
However, if the client proceeds with the booking and the purchase, the deposit will be used to offset the final price of the order. If there is any ambiguity regarding this company policy, clients are encouraged to contact us for further clarification, prior to booking an appointment which requires travelling to a location outside London.
